Onboarding checklist

Launching an RMI portal requires coordination across several teams and data sources. To ensure a smooth onboarding, we'll work with you to prepare the following:

• 1Manufacturer VIN feed — Live or batch VIN data to power vehicle identification and document applicability.
• 2Recalls and bulletins — Feed of active recalls, technical bulletins and service campaigns.
• 3Owner and service information — Warranty status, service history and ownership data where applicable.
• 4Organisation types — Definitions for your user types: retailers, independent operators, vehicle owners, fleet managers, etc.
• 5Applicabilities model — Mapping between documents/content and vehicle models, variants and VIN ranges.
• 6Subscription types and API keys — Commercial model for access tiers, plus any paywall or authentication integration requirements.
